Run For Fun

Run For Fun is going on now!  Once school is officially out for the summer, the schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and Saturdays, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  We meet in the fitness center.  Bring friends!  When we start getting enough people, we'll be able to play more Ultimate Frisbee.  Some alternative workouts in the wrestling room that are planned this summer include:

 - Insanity
 - P90X
 - Tapout

Make sure you're working on your conditioning over the summer so that when August rolls around, we can focus on...

 - Improving your 5K time
 - Winning

Instead of...

 - Trying to run a 5K
 - Avoiding injury
